Yes. Video consultation sessions are available across NSW via secure telehealth platform. Telehealth is suitable for most therapy types and is covered by Medicare with a GP Mental Health Care Plan.
Yes. When booking, you can select Dr. Gurprit Ganda or request a specific psychologist if you have a preference. All our psychologists are AHPRA-registered with specialist training.
Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a late cancellation fee. You can reschedule online or by calling our reception.
Yes. Eligible clients receive Medicare rebates with a GP Mental Health Care Plan, which provides rebates for up to 10 psychology sessions per calendar year. The Medicare rebate is currently $96.65 per session.
Visit your GP and discuss your mental health concerns. If appropriate, your GP will prepare a Mental Health Treatment Plan with a referral to a psychologist. Bring this referral to your first appointment.
Yes. We are a registered NDIS provider. Both plan-managed and self-managed participants are welcome. We provide invoices for claiming through your NDIS plan.
We bulk bill eligible clients with a GP Mental Health Care Plan for standard consultation sessions, meaning there is no out-of-pocket cost for these clients.
Yes. We accept WorkCover (workplace injury) and CTP (motor vehicle accident) claims. Pre-approval from your insurer is required before booking. Please contact us to discuss your claim.
Book an ADHD assessment appointment. The assessment involves: (1) Initial clinical interview (90 minutes), (2) Completion of behavioral rating scales, (3) Cognitive testing if appropriate, and (4) Feedback session with comprehensive written report. The full assessment typically requires 2-3 sessions.
Yes. We assess both children (age 6+) and adults for ADHD. Adult ADHD assessments use evidence-based diagnostic tools and clinical interview to evaluate inattentive, hyperactive-impulsive, or combined presentations.
A comprehensive ADHD assessment typically requires 2-3 sessions over 2-4 weeks: (1) Initial interview (90 minutes), (2) Testing session if needed (60-90 minutes), and (3) Feedback session (50 minutes) where results are explained and treatment recommendations provided.
Yes. ADHD assessment sessions are covered by Medicare with a GP Mental Health Care Plan. However, the assessment uses multiple sessions (typically 2-3) from your annual allocation of 10 sessions.
Following diagnosis, your psychologist will discuss treatment options including: (1) Psychological therapy (CBT, coaching), (2) Referral to psychiatrist for medication assessment if appropriate, (3) Recommendations for workplace or educational accommodations, and (4) Ongoing support sessions.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy for trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and distressing memories. It uses bilateral stimulation (eye movements, tapping) to help the brain process traumatic experiences and reduce their emotional impact.
The number of sessions varies based on the complexity of trauma. Single-incident trauma often requires 8-12 sessions. Complex or multiple traumas may require more sessions. Your psychologist will discuss expected treatment duration during your initial assessment.
Yes. EMDR therapy sessions are covered by Medicare with a GP Mental Health Care Plan, the same as other psychological therapy approaches.
Yes. EMDR can be delivered effectively via telehealth using online bilateral stimulation tools. Research supports the efficacy of telehealth EMDR for appropriate clients.
We provide psychological services for children ages 3-17. Services include play therapy (ages 3-12), behavioral interventions, anxiety treatment, emotional regulation support, and parent consultation.
For younger children (ages 3-8), parents typically attend part of each session for consultation. For older children and adolescents, sessions are usually individual with periodic parent consultation. We always include parent involvement as appropriate for the child's age and needs.
Standard child sessions are 50 minutes, which may include time with the child and time with parents. Initial assessment sessions are typically 90 minutes to gather comprehensive information.
Couples therapy addresses relationship patterns, communication difficulties, conflict resolution, intimacy concerns, and life transitions. We use Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) approaches.
Couples therapy sessions are typically 60 minutes (longer than individual sessions) to allow adequate time for both partners to participate.
No. Medicare rebates are not available for couples therapy as both partners are present. However, individual therapy for relationship concerns is covered by Medicare with a GP Mental Health Care Plan.
Standard consultation fee is $220 per 50-minute session. Initial assessments (90 minutes) are $350. ADHD comprehensive assessment (2-3 sessions) is $800-$1200. Medicare rebate is $96.65 per session with a GP Mental Health Care Plan.
We accept cash, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), and EFTPOS. Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangement has been made.

We are located at Unit 608, 8 Elizabeth Macarthur Drive, Bella Vista NSW 2153. We are opposite Norwest Private Hospital with 122 free parking spaces available.
Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm. Saturday appointments available by arrangement. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.
